“Aquamarine” is a luxurious complex of holiday apartments located in Golden Sands resort. It is situated on an area of about 150 m from the Black sea coastline close to the hotel “Odesos”. The complex consists of 9 floors with total number of the apartments 74, part of which face the sea.
The apartments are sold luxuriously completed - with a built in kitchen and an air-conditioner.


The customer bought apartments in “Aquamarine” will be provided with security and maintenance of the property and the possibility for rental.

Description of the Area

Golden Sands is a modern resort with traditions and history going back 50 years and it is located 18 km away from Varna.  The nature park Golden Sands was declared a protected territory in 1943. The proximity of the sea, the mild climate and the sea breeze have influenced strongly the flora and fauna in the park and that is the reason why it differs greatly from the other national parks.  Among this magnificent greenery are situated great numbers of hotels.


“Aquamarine” complex is in the immediate vicinity of “Odesos”, “Ambassador” and “Shipka” hotels. It is located 150 m away from the seacoast. The beach of the resort is known as one of the best beaches in Europe.
