Residential building "Atlas" comprises of two separate sections detached in four entrances. The site exposure is East-West. The building has a total floorage of 8000 square meters and it is composed of basement, terrace-like floor and garret floor. In the basement floor of the building is planned construction of store rooms and underground garages. Commercial properties such as stores, offices, a bistro and a pharmacy will be disposed on the ground floor.

In the building are constructed 69 residential apartments, including – one-, two- and three-rooms. A construction of an elevator is planned and an opportunity for gasification as well.
